Electricity (Scope 2): The electricity bill for this period.
Fuel (Scope 1): The fuel bill, fuel card statement or delivery note.
Company vehicles (Scope 1; EV charging Scope 2): The mileage log, fuel card statement or charging receipt.
Refrigerant (Scope 1): The service or top-up record from your refrigeration engineer.
Deliveries to you, or that you pay for (Scope 3, category 4): The carrier's invoice or delivery record.
Deliveries to customers that they pay for (Scope 3, category 9): The carrier's invoice or delivery record.
Waste (Scope 3, category 5): The waste transfer note or your contractor's invoice.
Business travel (Scope 3, category 6): The booking confirmation or an expense export.
Employee commuting (Scope 3, category 7): An expense export, a season-ticket booking confirmation or your staff commuting survey.
